Refund and Returns Policy

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the event of a defective item. Should you receive a defective product, kindly reach out to us at support@kingofvape.in, providing details of the product and the identified defect.

We will initiate a return process from your address to our warehouse. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it. Subsequently, we will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe to confirm whether you qualify for a refund or replacement due to the identified defect.

If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will proceed to replace the product or issue a refund accordingly.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping charges for all undelivered orders, amounting to ₹200 per order, to facilitate the return or replacement process. Failure to fulfill the shipping payment may result in the request not being processed.
