When will I receive this order?
We take 2-3 Working Days time for PAN India Delivery.
Number of the rider?
Logistics is a separate department altogether, we don’t provide the rider’s number as it puts the system under immense pressure.
I want a prompt delivery?
we are trying our best to serve you as soon as possible, however due to the volumes, we would need that window.
My complimentary dyb is not working?
We also don’t know which ones are working and which are not, therefore we decided to give these away for free of charge to avoid the hassle of replacements.
Payment process?
COD is available in PAN INDIA
Can I select the flavour of the complimentary dyb?
we are clearing our surplus stock. Do give us your preference, however we cannot assure you that that flavour will be sent. Complimentary dybs are sent randomly only.
What is exaggerated puffs?
the company claims higher puffs, in reality there are fewer puffs.
Can I add/subtract/change the order?
Due to the volumes that we do, any changes made once the order is punched is difficult to process. They might go unnoticed by the packers we have.
What is a prime issue?
Devices which are using liquid-coil separation technology can have prime issues. It means the coil will be burned if the drag is taken sooner than the prescribed time. I would definitely recommend waiting for as long as you can (10 minutes at the bare minimum). No replacements on Prime issues.
What is rechargeable in disposables?
They can be recharged with an android cable. Devices like vapesoul comes with a small battery, therefore you’ll have to charge them to take out all of the puffs. Eventually you’ll have to throw them once the liquid is over.
